Kalau aku cancel, webapp aku jadi macam mana?
Webapp tu kau punya. Code base disimpan dalam GitHub kau (kalau kau ada), atau kami transfer kepada kau. Kau boleh hire developer lain untuk maintain, atau kami boleh suspend AI agents je tapi keep code base.
API cost AI tu macam mana?
Pass-through at cost. Kami tak markup. Bulan pertama biasanya RM 200-400, scale up bila usage tinggi. Untuk Enterprise tier, ada option setup self-hosted AI untuk reduce ongoing cost long-term.
Berapa lama nak siap?
Bergantung kepada scope. Single service automation: 1-3 minggu. Multi-service Growth tier: 4-6 minggu. Enterprise full custom: 2-3 bulan. Kami akan bagi timeline yang realistic, bukan rushed.
Kalau workflow aku berubah, ada extra charge?
Minor updates included dalam monthly retainer. Major changes (workflow baru, integration baru) kami quote separately as project add-on. Transparent, no surprise bills.
